The most credible eye-witness and the only one to see the action before the gun shot saw Trayvon mounting Zimerman MMA style and doing a "ground and pound". Which of course corroborates Zimmermans story and injuries.
This is all evidence which I think proves more likely than not that Zimmerman acted out of self-defense (which of course is neither the burden nor the standard). The burden of proof is on the prosecution BRD, which you have already shown your ignorance of in this thread. |
