So, I have another in-house interview next week. I am meeting with like 8 ppl. It is almost an entire day of interviewing. I have 30-min to 1-hour slots with either an individual person or two people at a time.
What should I expect? Any more questions about qualifications?
Note: My second interview was with the hiring attorney.

i wouldn't expect more qualification questions unless you're meeting with more attorneys.
fit will be important so i guess you should figure out sort of culture the company has and what sort of personalities work there.
i wouldn't bring up other suitors unless there are specific questions about it. in-house is not impressed if you have other options. there are prob 100 other people begging for this job.

I met with both business and legal side folk. It really is all about fit at this point for you - you will be able to tell right away whether they like you or not depending on their body language and facial expressions.
Just ask yourself what kind of person do they seem like, what are their interests, what kind of colleague do they want? You need to be able to act accordingly.
I would say in most cases, trying to be super "buddy buddy" comes off as horribly fake at best, and a conniving scheming politiking back-stabber at worst. Be humble, modest, friendly, confident. Your resume says all they need to know about your qualifications.

Serious question - as I just accepted my in-house offer to an existing client...
At what point do the tables "turn.." meaning, when will my biglaw boss start pandering to me for business? I actually had a great relationship with my boss but there's a certain associate in my group I would love to exact some level of vengeance.

Wait a month or so, invite partner to dinner/lunch/etc and say "hey now that I'm on the other side let's do lunch". They'll pay, you don't even have to ask.
Then just basically be blunt and say you're trying to get them more business but they have to show you the love. They understand the game.
Don't bother w/the associate and move on w/your life.
