Basically my plan exactly. I'm gonna pwn these bitches hard for 3 years.
If rates start to jump, I can always refinance into a fixed rate... BUT, I'm worried about whether I'll pull the trigger fast enough and end up getting fucked with a higher rate locked in.
We're basically market timing bro... to the tune of hundreds of thousands of dollars.
