She told me I was wasting my time and only had to write down what the holding was, maybe a word or two to jog my memory in case I get cold called on. I, of course, ignored her sage advice and continue to IRAC my cases for the rest of the year. Beginning of 2L I realized she was right. The asshole that I am made the completely outrageous suggestion to my group that we each divide up the assignment and then exchange answers so we could GTFO and go home. I got fucking death stares from all three of them. I can actually still see that kike cunt with the wicked hook nose staring at me like it was yesterday. |
