Anyone fly EVA air? Any comments on how the "expertly prepared" steak tastes?

I'm not planning to fly EVA anytime soon (well, maybe in a few months), but I kind of let out a chuckle after seeing that passengers in their "Royal Laurel" class receive an "expertly prepared" prime steak. What the fuck does airplane steak taste like? I mean, I'd imagine it's vacuum-sealed and they microwave that shit, right?

What ESL NOWAG is doing the English version of their webpage:
"Concerning the biological clock and the flight hours, we designed in accordance with the principle of healthy and diversified meals. Classic cuisines from all over the world are provided for passengers to choose from, and luscious beef steak or delicious lobster is also one of the cuisines you couldn’t miss."
