Strongly disagree. Take, for example, George W. Bush. We can all agree George is a simple, simple man. After 9/11, he was easily swayed by his advisors into taking an action that was horrible for the country. His advisors - more experienced, more intelligent - were able to project their vision on the world as a result of the failures in intellect and analytical skills of the POTUS.
President Obama has many faults, but he is thoughtful, intelligent, and careful in his decisionmaking. Much more difficult to hijack such an individual and lead him astray.
Trump is mostly interested in the glam of politics. He has no intellectual curiosity and finds the details of policy boring and beneath his gilded loafers. Accordingly, he'll select folks that "feel right" to him, and then he'll largely make the decisions they tell him to make.
This is a recipe for disaster my friend. I see it, as do most other educated and informed observers. We will see if that is enough to save the country from the menace that is Donald Trump.
Sadly there are many mouthbreathers out there who are more than willing to listen to the scam artist and then [pay a deposit for Trump University] [vote for Trump].
