Thanks for the comment, I did consider that and I agree that it's a more superficially elegant structure, but I generally prefer to include the definitional paran after all elements of the definition have been laid out, just to avoid any confusion about whether the defined term is fully inclusive thereof. You wouldn't believe the sort of "confusion" I have run into on this point in the past from prior dates who are trying to wiggle out of agreed-upon terms on the back end...

Also, I realize that it's a bit premature to expect a definitive answer to this (so I won't hold you to your preliminary response), but purely for my own planning purposes, at this point based on our interactions do you anticipate (a) a second Date (see foregoing definition) transpiring, and, if so, (b) what is your availability like this weekend?
