Under the SPS deal that Obama implemented to help out his Muslim brethren, Iran was going to develop a nuke anyway. The reason is because the deal's terms were incredibly poor and basically allowed Iran to block inspection of all their military facilities (I believe we could get access if we showed good cause, which we wouldn't be able to, plus Iran declared from the beginning that military facilities were off limits).
Common sense tells you that Iran would just develop a nuke in these secret facilities and we wouldn't know until too late.
So we basically gave Iran billions of dollars (unfreezing assets counts as giving money because they otherwise wouldn't have had it) and they would have developed a nuke anyway. Fuck that. |

What "military facilities" are you even talking about? There are only two enrichment facilities and the agreement contemplated their supply of heavy water to the US. |
