heat makes me feel physically ill
if im in weather above 85 degrees-ish for more than about 2 hours, i often get really bad migraine-type headaches. doesnt matter if i hydrate frequently and/or avoid the sun as much as possible, wear a hat/use sunscreen, etc- heat makes me feel like *shit*
my mother is the same way. runs in my family, idk
cold weather doesnt bother me at ALL. with a winter jacket & hat on i'm not cold unless its below zero

Serious Q: Have you ever actually been to all of these cities - especially Mexico City? If not, you're talking out of your ass here. Mexico City is about 70 degrees every day with a low in the 50s - when you say "too hot", you must be thinking of the Yucatan or someplace, not the temperate/cool mountainous interior of Mexico. Same for the food - I actually hate Mexican food, but even if we're talking about global food, MC wins hands down. Its restaurant scene is much more highly rated than Toronto or Montreal. You should actually visit MC sometime and come away pleasantly surprised. Toronto, OTOH, is like a boring/colder Chicago, and Montreal, while lovely, is even more frigid and smaller.

Yes, though only briefly for MC and Montreal. Toronto I've been to several times and in a choice between those 3 cities it would be my top choice.
Not liking local national food is a big strike against a place. Just like if you hate Russian food then Moscow is going to be a bit of a problem even though it has every kind of food in the city. I'm sure that since it is a massive city you can find pretty much anything, but travelling over a huge, sprawling, dangerous city to find a decent Thai place seems silly.
Toronto isn't bad at all. The feel is definitely more cosmopolitan than Chicago. Montreal has the whole French-Canadian thing which is interesting. Also, I'll note that my spanish is pretty bad which of course colors my view of MC. And you're Latino, so of course it is going to feel more like home for you. For me it definitely felt like "foreign, dangerous place full of people I don't understand who might kill me." Canada felt basically exactly the same as the US.

If I'm retiring on fuck-you money in this hypo, clearly Mexico. If I'm retiring as a mid-level associate, probably Canada but it's a matter of taste. If I'm retiring to an average existence in either country clearly Canada.
Average Canadian-resident outcome >>>> Average Mexican-resident outcome
Top-.1% Mexico-resident outcome >>>>> Top-.1% Canada-resident outcome
Average-American-income outcome in Canada > Average-American-income outcome in Mexico
I don't see how you can deny any but the last one.

Very true.
The only way you would be banging any tall beautiful statues of pure Nordic blood would be if you lived in Cabo or Cancun or some tourist trap. Then at the very least you could be ravaging some white cuties.
Otheriwse you woudl have to deal with shit gene mexican women.
