i think there will be a wall. if trump didn't build a wall, he would lose support with his base. the wall is his brand and trump isn't dumb enough not to follow through with it.
fortunately, it looks like cohn, kushner, mattis, et al are moderating his stances on immigration and trade.

In what situation would that happen? For a family of 4, for example, with a 30K/year salary, the out of pocket cap would be a little less than 4,500. If you make 50K it goes up to 10,400. Still too much (and happy to see a better GOP alternative), but you're exaggerating.
