You'll be alarmed By how many ppl fall into this. One objection I get is "can I do it for free" . I respond: "of course you can do it for free. Hoewever, if you make a mistake the department of education will reject your application and you won't be able to reapply after 10 months. So it's best if you get it done with an expert like me who has filed hundreds of these student loan applications. I do this everyday for more than 10 hours."
If they ask if I'm a scam because I charge for something they can do for free, I Then say: "I'm sure you pay someone to do your tax returns, right? I'm sure you got a haircut from someone you paid, right? I'm sure you buy hire someone to do housekeeping/gardening, right? All of that you can do for free. The fact that they charge you for it doesn't mean they are a scam. " |
