Sold Yankees tix to a NYT best selling author. She was borderline retarded

I get an unusual response via email from a person. The name looked familiar. She is willing to give me 500 dollars on top of the already marked up tickets and saying she will give me $800 just for access to the seats lol. Her name, number, email and address all indicate that she is 100% she is a pretty well known NYT best seller. Her cell phone matches up on Facebook to her personal account. However, dealing with this person I feel like I am talking to a child. I'm not sure if she's a rancid boomer who doesn't understand how to exchange tickets but she is very poorly spoken and her email proses are lol. I was under the impression that Stubhub would email me, but if not, you said I would be receiving a "confirmation email shortly." That was yesterday. As I said, I have not been able to get through to Stubhub or the Yankees. I don't want to be suspicious but I don't see my name on the tickets from you and in the worst case scenario you could be selling the tickets to multiple people and giving them the tickets which is not necessarily about them. Sorry, I just have been checking my email every five minutes for two days and feeling let down each time. It wears on me. I really just want to hear from an official source that everything is okay. I'm begging for help here.

Hi Crazy Boomer,
The tickets for the game are the tickets I emailed you earlier. All you need to do is print them out and bring them with you to the stadium. Even though it has my name on the tickets, it will be no problem. They will just scan the barcode for you at the entrance. All that matters is the bar code.
You have everything you need for the game Sunday. There is no need to call the Yankees' box office or StubHub to have the name on the ticket changed. The seats are all yours and you won't be getting an email confirmation that the seats have been transferred.
