Now if you are willing to move to Utah, then yes, definitely. I forget the exact numbers, but outside of Utah, the number of single Mormon men is approximately equal to the number of single Mormon women. (The number of single women is slightly greater, but not drastically greater.) In Utah, however, single Mormon women outnumber single Mormon men like 2-1. Or maybe it's even greater. As I said, I forget the exact numbers. But for whatever reason the numbers are much more imbalanced in Utah.
If you want to date/marry out of your league, converting to Mormonism and moving to Utah is a fairly credited idea. Just keep in mind that you'd have to give up coffee and drinking and give 10% of your income to the church. And most Mormon girls won't put out until you're married. Well, you could get lucky and wife a "bad" Mormon girl who doesn't care if you drink or have premarital sex and just wants to marry another "Mormon" to keep her parents happy. That could take some more work, though, because a "good" Mormon will drop you like a hot potato if she sees you drinking, and it's hard to know what type of Mormon girl you're dating until you get to know her a bit.
