Add to that my wife is gone so I have no one to complain to but you guys.
On the positive side, I bought 6 packs of two new beers from Kona brewing company at the advice of a lesbian I ran into at Ralphs. Wailua Wheat and some Coconut Porter or something. Both are pretty good. Also drinking Anchor Steam which is my favorite normal beer. |

I do almost exclusively asset based financing and regular real estate work. What's weird is that our client is a bank which lends money to Bridgestone, which assigns to us it's receivables from Target, Walmart, etc who have purchase orders for tires with Bridgestone. So you have all these multi party factoring agreements. Then we assign portions of those receivables to bigger lenders who pool them like a securitization and give my client money to purchase these third party assignments.
These are usually 30 or 60 day receivables based on purchase orders so they turn over really quickly, unlike an income stream from a mortgage or even student loan.
The problem is that the big bank gave us the wrong documents which confused the fuck out of me. The concept makes sense but I need to get used to the documentation. |

The most surprising thing is how there is no such thing as taking turns - we establish our own roles.
Since my wife moved in I clean 100% of the bathroom, 100% of the dishes and I bathe the dog 100% of the time. My wife does 100% of the laundry and vacuums 90% of the time.
Other thing that surprises me is how much fucking money gets spent without me feeling like my QOL has changed. |
