Flying to Paris on a Boeing 757? WTF

I'm flying from a major east coast city to Paris in a fucking Boeing 757. Isn't that what Southwest uses to fly from places like Arizona to Salt Lake City? Thought I would get a Boeing 787 or at least a 777. My flight was only $500 round-trip so I suppose it comes with the territory.
