I have been watching this Live PD show - blacks act insane around cops

and they all either have warrants out of they're driving without a valid license. every. single. time.
it's hard to get on board this SJW shit when you see that this highly fetishized chunk of the population is essentially lawless. a significant percentage of these traffic stops would not be a big deal if they would just shut the fuck up, cooperate, be polite, and actually bother to have a driver's license and insurance when they drive. |

solution:
a) put more black cops in black neighborhoods.
b) toughen sentences for repeat offenders... people should not have 10 felonies and be out on the streets.
c) when a police officer commits a police brutality crime, the municipality should not have to pay the victim(s), it should come out of the local police pensions funding. this will disincentivize this behavior. |

Particularly in the south, many police departments are majority black, at least the radio car cops and sheriff's deputies, and it makes little difference in terms of positive perception of law enforcement.
2) Not really cool if you count non-violent drug offenses and shit like forgeries. But violent or predatory recidivism should be punished way more harshly, by statute.
3) Unions would never let it happen and no local politician except in the most hyper-shitlib areas will ever propose legislation that is perceived as 'anti-cop.' |

2) Someone who has committed 10 crimes will not stop EVER and should just be in prison rather than wasting society's time re-arresting them and putting them back there over and over. They can get rehab too, but if it doesn't work, then jail is the only option.
3) That's what's wrong with this Country, people want to placate one group without any limitations or reason. |

Any statutory scheme for seriously punishing recidivism should categorize crimes. Many states have some version of this concept built into statutory sentencing ranges but the principle is obscured.
