Dodge killer like case of voluntary manslaughter, no terrorism?

Date: August 14th, 2017 2:57 PM Author: Geriatric haunted graveyard national security agency Seems unlikely given the context that he went there intentionally wanted to run over a bunch of people (guys in my highschool did their car massacres in reverse) and he clearly reacted to getting his car hit before going forward, and then smashed to shit before backing up, which is where people got fucked up.
Unreasonable (maybe) act of self defense given the situation: voluntary manslaughter.
In either case fucking shitlibs need to put the terrorist card away - you cannot have terrorism without premeditation. |

Immediately after he accelerates forward where he cits the car in front of him - unless if anyone was hurt when he was driving forward (the red shoe was stuck to the front of his car so maybe). After he hit the car in front of him, people smashed the fuck out of the back of his car, including breaking his window - which resulted in him speeding backwards hitting a whole bunch of other people.
Not clear at which point the woman got killed - but even the first whack causing the excessive speed is probably enough for manslaughter. If he went in intending to run anyone over I am pretty sure it would not have gone down that way.

But an unreasonably self defense is usually voluntary manslaughter. If he was reacting to his car getting hit, I don't see how that can be characterized as premeditation.
If there is no premeditation, you cannot call this a terror attack. |
