wikipedia puts native Spanish speakers (as opposed to speakers "with native proficiency", which would include non-native speakers) at 437m, a little less than my count for native English speakers
if you expand the count to "speakers with native proficiency" then English includes half of India and big chunks of Africa so you get way way more English than Spanish speakers |
