As others have said, fisting might be off the table, but I’m 5.5 months post-op and frequently use a fucking machine at the highest setting, which I’d consider a very rough pounding. Haven’t had any issues so far. The main issue for me is depth. It can be pretty painful if you push too deep.

Once healed we aren't fragile. We can take a pounding and not be damaged.

As for DP and fisting... I had a friend who had custom dilators.

She dilated up to almost 3 inches in diameter. It just takes patience and Time.

Fisting for her was no trouble.

I expect double penetration could have been possible depending on the guys.

FYI: cisgender women often have problems fisting and very large penetration at first as well.

A cisgender woman's vagina is not magically instantly stretchable.

It's something they have to work up to as well.

I'm unsure about that, tbh. Right after SRS I could not take a crap due to the packing still being in and blocking all the space. I have never bothered to google that, but I think that since both tunnels seem to share the same physical space, it can be a bit trick to do both at the same time. I barely can dilate when I have constipation.
