In terms of specs and fit and finish, yes.
In terms of processor power no.
But in the end they're running the equivalent of a shittastic version of Samsung Linux whereas Apple's UI and software is superior

I've had four android phones now and I don't understand this argument about the software being slower or crashing because I've never seen this.
My phone seems super fast and its crashed maybe two or three times in the last six months.
The layout of the icons etc on the screen is just as convenient as an iphone, indeed its better because you can customise everything on an android phone.
