There are dudes who do nothing else. $30k retainers and none of that shit ever goes to trial because once they all realize the legal bills are going to hit 150k they settle super quick. If I ever go solo HOA shit is what I want to to do.
The stuff that does go to trial is usually when the HOA dudes are stealing money or hiring their family members to do work at exorbitant rates and those trials are fun as fuck. |

the problem from an atty perspective is most HOAs have almost no funding so its impossible to litigate a whole case and actually get paid on it. |
