It's kind blowing how my company has most of its employees hired in 2016 and 2017. Only like 8 people hired before 2012. And company has been around since 2006.

And I get that but companies pay their workers while they provide training. So you're wasting your money to train them and you're also wasting other workers times to train new employees. It doesn't make sense to me if they then quit in 3-8 months.

And companies usually have software for billing and data entry so it's a bit complicated since software is tailored to company and you need to learn it even tho u have work experience
