i preferred the nWo era until they ran it into the ground and had ten different offshoots of it. Attitude era was 180 in its own right tho.

I started becoming a big WWFmo when Austin became stone cold but before he was popular or even high on the card. Just loved his character and intensity, and watching him slowly but surely get more and more over.

That's one of the roles I miss most in wrestling: the credible mid-card heel. I love hoping my guy will be the one to get over, watching him guy move up the card getting massive heat, slowly boos turn to scattered cheers, maybe his catch phrase gets over even though he's a heel, and eventually he becomes a *white hot* face. Today they don't protect that guy enough, or get behind him the way that they should when it's time to pull the trigger on a push/face turn.

Back in the attitude era I was really rewarded because I was huge on both rock and stone cold way before everyone else and really invested in their rise. Also pulling for Jeff Jarrett and Hardcore Holly but they didn't quite maek it. These days there aren't many I care about seeing win. Love The Miz but he always gets misbooked. Having him destroy Roman Reigns in epic fashion on RAW two weeks in a row was great, but is as good as it's going to get. He'll never win a big feud. Enzo has been fucking killing it as a heel.

My pick for best total package in the game today is Eli Drake though. Man kills it on the mic, good worker and physical presence. Just wish he got to do it for hot crowds.

Wcw vs Nwo hands down. It was fascinating and unique drama. Apart from that WCW also had a stable of incredible cruiserweights like Rey Mysterio, Billy Kidman, Ultimo Dragon, Juventud, Eddie Guerrero, psychosis. They put on ridiculous matches every monday night during the first hour.

They also had the steiner brothers and harlem heat, the introduction of DDP abd Goldberg and a bunch of other shit.

I really hated the DX and Stone Cold garbage Of course the Rock was great, Mankind too.
