What has happened with Weinstein = he got retroactively declared non-chad

Weinstein got frozen out by his brother & creditors, and therefore lost his power. In consequence, all the times he had sex with women, who consented because he was chad (by virtue of power & position), had suddenly been raped, as Weinstein's CHAD status was revoked, with retroactive effect.
[There's no Teague-bar, b/c this is a substantive change to positive law ~ the consent element is now lacking and always was, as if by decree]. |
