You press the button on the screen thinking you can say "navigate to XYZ" like on every other modern car only to find that Tesla gave you a touch to speak button but it has no actual voice recognition software behind it. My Mazda3 for a pesky $18k and does speech recognition just fine. The two steering wheel "buttons" that navigate the software are very badly thought out too. It's like they let a legit schizophrenic design the controls. One of the buttons appears to do nothing. Overall it drives like a mediocre sedan and has the ergonomics of a freak show.
