-Top DOJ personnel, including Sessions, have already said this is bullshit or at least not prosecutable. -Trump doesn't actually know that he could make DOJ investigate this, or report on the details of their prior investigation -Trump is just impulsively reacting to some segment he just watched on Fox News without thinking any further on it (the most likely outcome)
