*routinely asks for affirmation of weight loss efforts*
*bristles at people who give fat label*
It must be falling off in spades

Im not a non-fat yet, but im getting there. Have lost a good amount of weight since june
My pants are falling off me today, thats what inspired this poast.
And yes ive had issues w weight yo-yo'ing up and down my whole life. 95% of it was caused by my depression. Im getting better at controlling that and doing things to keep my mood/outlook better and thats making it easier to eat healthier. I hope if i keep that stable that i wont regain once im done losing

Congrats :)
The trick I'm learning is that I can eat whatever I want once I'm at my goal weight. Your weight can yo-yo in a 2-3 lb range indefinitely. For example, last week I ate 700 cals/day and got down to 120. This week I'm eating 1700 cals/day and up to 121.5. Then next week, I'll stabilize my intake and weight at 121-122 lbs. and 1300 cals/day.
Low-calories and moderate exercise is the cr way to lose weight. Exercise is almost inconsequential, actually. Just cut calories aggressively. Don't fuck around with moderate caloric restriction - it axes your willpower just as much for only modest results. You can do one week at caloric restriction and one week at maintenance until you reach your desired weight. I lost 30 lbs of baby weight in about 8-9 months doing that.

Am down about 12 lbs since the start of summer. I weigh less than I did after my freshman 15 in college. Now have my sights on my HS weight. Keep it up!
(Inb4 TTIWWOP): Screw you. Most guys here discuss weight loss w/o pics.

Height/weight/build?
I'm trying to get back to my early/mid-20s weight of 117-118, but am finding it really ages my face now. I look much older when I get close to that weight.
