I didn't do intake on this particular case--another atty did, so it's possible he omitted that instruction. |

And even if I had been so put on notice (which I wasn't), technically, the relief mechanism doesn't apply because she was not "unrepresented" at the time she signed the releases, which the relief mechanism requires.
