i'd go for chilean sea bass. fish is harder to overcook on planes than meat.

the veal is tempting but i'm afraid they'd overcook it. lamb is guaranteed to be overcooked.

lamb chop. the spices will make it taste decent at high altitude. fish, cooked properly or not, usually loses its taste.

it's a valid point, and the choice depends on your personal preference. i would go with a potentially overcooked lamb that comes with decent seasoning and sides over a guaranteed bland fish.

Chilean sea bass (toothfish) stays moist and tender when overcooked better than any other fish, so it is a good choice for airlines and banquet type meals. It is also not environmentally friendly, which would probably make you enjoy it even more

i love lamb, dont get me wrong. if this were a real restaurant, the lamb is cr. but it's microwaved food on an airplane.
