in reality he makes less than a biglaw first-year and is nearing top-out comp for his area and lulzy shitcorp (feel free to verify on Glassdoor or one of those other salary transparency sites), he still has significant educational debt, and his wife makes crap money after a decade in the professional market. most of his $$$ is the increase in value of his 981 square foot yonkers mold trap, which was an unlivable junk heap when they bought it with significant help from their respective parents. they attained this very, very modest position as a dual-income and childless household, and neither of them have expensive or interesting pursuits other than TMF's hyper-gay obsession with shitty SUVs. even then, he has never owned anything nice or expensive.

good on them for extracting some value from a blown out junk property. but when most of your 'wealth' is just sweat equity in a crappy townhouse located in an area where most white professional families refuse to live, then LOL at all the chest-beating from this little guy. makes you wonder if he still aspires to multiple properties to both suck and fuck.
