don't bother learning both angular and react, react is probably easier and it's a waste of time to learn both
pick one web framework you want to learn and do it; if you're already good at python whatever the web says is the most popular one right now
if you learn one set of tools it's all pretty much the same shit conceptually across different languages for generic webdev.
