Date: March 24th, 2018 5:13 PM Author: Swashbuckling Theatre it seems insane, but i'm starting to wonder if this kind of thing doesn't go on. or maybe it's less formal than 'assigning' people, but there is instead a kind of informal understanding among these guys that whichever candidate/cause they back, it's about controlling him, and bringing him under the aegis of the 'deep state.' that's always how it works in spy novels. where 'Control' always has at least one agent 'cultivating' even the most outre potential 'asset', JUST IN CASE he becomes valuable by some outside chance. |
