Date: November 17th, 2017 6:06 PM Author: fear-inspiring silver hell headpube Last night some dude and his wife and kid flagged me down exiting the freeway and were screaming at me like I had a flat. I pulled into a parking lot and this guy was like, I’m a mechcanic and your tire is about to fall off. He recognized right away that one lug nut was missing but said that wasn’t the issue. The wheel was wobbling and he said he thought some type of strut had failed. He offered to drive the car in the parking lot to show me, and even though his wife and toddler were there I declined. I drove home slowly, no freeways and didn’t feel anything.
Just took the car into an alignment/suspension shop and they can’t find anything wrong with me car. Any carmos have any idea what’s going on here? I comepletely believe the first guy wasn’t lying and knew what he was talking about, but if other mechanics can’t find an issue then I don’t know how to convince them there is one until my wheel falls off. |
