running 15 miles is bad for your knees. cycling is worthless. it's good for the environment. but proper squats, hamstring curls, leg extensions, SL deadlifts and calve raises plus sprints are far better for muscular size, strength and vascularity.

nor is running sprints of 5X40 (yds), 5X70, 5X100, then cooling off with a half mile stretch jog.
