but this is throwing the baby with the bath water. I agree that we dont want libs to think that its OK to regulate the internet and you know that they will come up with all sorts of bullshit next time - pricing, mandatory access for disadvantaged blah blah
but that doesn't mean that we should have zero regulations. best thing to do would be for congress to do this by legislation and completely remove FCC from policy making except for enforcement.
Allowing a free reign for telcoms is basically a green signal to them to fuck us up
