Given the current debt position of ~$286.4 million and full conversion of its $80 million of convertible preferred, which would result in ~40 million fully diluted shares, the strip PV-10 would imply a stock price of ~$7.75 per share. At SEC pricing of $48.95/bbl and $3.00/mmbtu), Lonestar's proved reserves totaled 73.5 mmboe with a PV-10 of $463.2 million. Given the current debt position of ~$286.4 million and full conversion of its $80 million of convertible preferred, which would result in ~40 million fully diluted shares, the SEC PV-10 would imply a stock price of ~$4.40 per share. It should be pointed out that incremental upside from its undeveloped/unbooked acreage (mostly in Brazos County) is not included in PV-10 calculations. The stock has recovered NAV upside back towards normal levels while th company has simplified its cap structure. Some of the other support comes from Algol and ETFs that buy broad OG stocks as commodity prices increase; but the recent recovery really only applies to Brent in the long-term - this is a US gas stock - US oil prices are deeply contango'd and not showing long-term recovery. Without news I would not expect another big run-up and it feels like risk skew to the downside from here. Congrats all who followed my advice.
