The added bonus is that this gives her an hour of my undivided attention. She talks the entire time, goes from one topic to the next without pausing.

By the time the walks over, she has an endorphin buzz, is happy from that and that she got to "unload" on me for an hour.

It is easy just listening and walking. I feel closer to her after every walk.

She tried making excuses at first like she's tired, or its too cold outside, but I told her in the beginning there would be no excuses. We are going for the walk unless she is bleeding from the mouth.

You both get exercise, which is good for both of your moods and keeps her from gaining weight. She gets an hour of time w you daily so shes less likely to yap and distract you at other times during the day. 180 dood.

you're right. it is a lifehack. all they do is talk the entire time, which is unbearable, but they get to do it under the impression you are doing something together instead of them talking to you while you are sitting on the couch. which for some reason with women changes everything.
