Family forced me to get vivitrol. Having severe chemically induced depression

My brain feels in a fog and I can’t think. Feels like a car trying to turn over and not catch. Insomnia and feeliking like I’m outside watching myself. Everything seems weird as hell.
Basically I can’t even work and idk do I tell them I need Fmla leave? |

It prevents you from getting high on opioids and apparently works with alcohol as well. Either way, getting the shot with no clean time means precipitated withdrawal followed by post acute withdrawal syndrome (depression, low energy, anhedonia, etc.).
