The reason bitcoin came into existence, the true philosophy behind it: decentralization.

Bitcoin Cash wants that, but wants fast, cheap, instantaneous payments.

BTC transactions cost more because recording a transaction in millions of nodes forever does simply cost more than a centralized payment system which we already have, called PayPal.

Bitcoin Cash wants to keep the decentralization but be PayPal. But to do that they would have to keep the price artificially low, and eventually, the cost would have to increase. It will become more expensive to compensate people to run nodes, and you would get less and less until you have a few mega nodes, and then we’re basically back to PayPal, a centralized system.

Decentralization is key and this thing is evolving brothers. I am spreading into BTC and BTH full disclosure as the two “compete” but I’m betting on BTC. Decentralization is the mantra, fast payment is not as important.
