the only things that fuck me up despite are beer of almost any amount, and wine, but only if i drink a lot.
keto diet, even while drinking hard liquor regularly, also helped a lot, when i stick with it.
edit: but prilosec basically eliminated any problem and lets me eat and drink whatever i want |
