I'm breathing better than I have in a decade. my voice sounds deep and masculine again. I enjoy the simple act of just breathing. I'm enjoying just being alive and being mindful of my sensational cleared nasal passages.
on the flip side, there's a non-negligible chance that I'm causing myself a brain infection every time I shoot water up there. |
