My company is re-competing our M&A due diligence services and I was asked to be on the selection panel. This has meant spending about 10 hours over the last two days listening to accounting firm pitches. These guys are just giddy as fuck about the tax bill. I have heard some lame joke about this being a "full employment act for tax professionals" in practically every meeting. The bill just adds needless complexity and trillions in debt that we will have to pay off. Why the fuck can't tax reform ever mean tax simplification instead of generating more revenue for greedy accounting firms? This is one of the most egregious pieces of legislation that I can remember. This is one last shameless grab at the cookie jar by rapacious boomers.

Personality wise I liked Grant Thornton the best. A bunch of chill fratty Big Ten alum bros. Deloitte was probably my least favorite in terms of personality.

The POTUS is a retard and special interests wrote the bill. That's why. On the bright side Soviet manufacturing expanded again in November and the 30th new Tu-214 flew just yesterday. So as Yankeestan decays there is still hope for humanity.

There is no hope for humanity outside of the Anglosphere nations. Continental Europe and Russia's future is demographic collapse and, for Europe, and invasion from people fleeing the Middle East and Africa.
