Most Canadians I've met are assholes, am I the only one to think this?

I'm serious, literally every Canadian I've met in my life has attitude problems or some kind of weird personality issue, is this a cultural thing?
Heck, even Justin Bieber fits my description, he's a total jerk even on live TV.
Has anyone here had similar experiences with Canadians?

This is what a Canadian-American woman has to say about the differences between Canada and the US:
-I find Canadians to be more socially conscious and the government has better programs to support its citizens.
-We have a health care system and our citizens will not go bankrupt after a couple day visit to a hospital.
-Our financial / banking system is one of the strongest in the world. When the U.S. was in trouble - Canada was in good shape.
-In Canada - we do not bear arms. Our crime rate is nill compared to the U.S. There were 76 murders and this is in a large metropolitan multi-cultural city in 2011 - Toronto GTA - population 5M.
-I have found Canadians are more accepting of people's differences - no matter what that is - nationality, race , religion, or sexual orientation.
-Canadians can travel and vacation in Cuba without any government restriction.
-Travelling on a Canadian passport abroad comes with less hassles as Canadians are well liked abroad. I noticed a real difference.
-Canada has provinces and territories - not states.
-I find culturally there are some things that are the same and some that are different and that very much differs by area. People in Toronto are much like those in NY or any big city. People in Vancouver I find very much like people in California and those in Alberta - find have similarities to those in south and specifically Texas.
-Canadians know more about the U.S. than Americans know about Canada.
-Our government in Canada is a parliamentary system. There is a Prime Minister of Canada not President. We have 3 main parties. (PC, Liberal and NDP). We have Premier of Provinces not Governors.
-Our Universities and Colleges are reasonably priced and almost any Canadian who has the grades can attend. The average price of one year in a 4 year University including room/board is around 15K and there are good government programs for school loans. There are some that cost a bit more and some less as there are some institutions focused on particular areas such as Engineering, Business, The Arts....etc.
-Maternity Leave is a Year in Canada
-When people get laid off in Canada- severance packages are significantly greater than their American counterparts.
-Canada is to hockey as the U.S. is to football.

Another dude giving his 2 cents:
I've lived in both places long enough to get the hang of things and have learned that there are differences, but not that many and that there are ignorant people on both sides of the border.
These are all generalizations:
Americans drink to be social and get drunk...Canadians drink.
Americans become louder when they drink...Canadians get funnier.
Americans make fun of others...Canadians make fun of themselves.
Americans use guns for protection...Canadians use guns for sport
Americans tell you EVERYTHING about themselves...Canadians only give what you need.
Americans lock their doors...Canadians leave their doors open.
Americans say excuse me as they push forward...Canadians say I'm sorry! as they let you by.
Americans see what you drive as a status symbol...Canadians see it as transportation and/or snow removal
Americans work on race relations...Canadians ARE all different races
Americans support political parties...Canadians support the best individual for each job regardless of party.
Americans don't know much about Canada...Canadians know more about the US.
Americans had a miracle on ice...Canadians created the game.
Americans go to church...Canadians turn on HNIC to hear a sermon from Grapes.
Americans like dollar bills...Canadians like Loonies and Twonies.
Americans celebrate Thanksgiving in November...Canadians celebrate Thanksgiving in October (even though they never had pilgrims)
Americans are known throughout the world for being patriotic...Canadians are known throughout Canada for being patriotic.
Americans fight for peace...Canadians try to keep the peace.
Americans like slapstick humor...Canadians like dry/dark humour
Americans have lower taxes..Canadians have higher taxes
Americans pay separate for healhcare...Canadians pay through taxes.
Americans eat Hershey Chocolate...Canadians eat Cadbury chocolate
Americans have a President...Canadians have a Prime Minister
Americans have States...Canadians have Provinces and Territories
Americans salute the Red, White and Blue...Canadians salute Red, White and Don Cherry's Dog Blue.
American's have George and George W....Canadians have Pierre and Justin.
