Your body comes into contact with bacteria all of the time. Thankfully, you have your integument to keep the majority out. Those that get inside your ear and nose are stopped by small hairs that repel them, in your mouth and throat by the ability to cough and the acid in your stomach. When this system is disrupted, by a cut to the skin, your barrier is broken. The bacteria living on the outer wall can slip into your body, and possibly into your bloodstream. Thankfully, you have white blood cells that immediately destroy them, and take notes so that they will be killed even faster next time. This is akin to a lib allowing a single rangy Turk into your country- easily dealt with. Now, in some cases your body can develop a (((virus))), like liberalism or influenza, which destroys the epithelial cells that line the smallest, most delicate parts of the lung. This allows bacteria to take hold, for millions to grow and congeal in a suppurating pneumonia. As the lungs have such a great bloodflow, these bacteria can slip into your bloodstream, and quickly multiply using the nutrients therein. Under the burden of these new diverse organisms living in the blood, the institutional organs that allow your body to function collapse and die, and the body dies soon after. This is akin to the mass immigration from third world countries that is currently ongoing. As pneumonia was considered the "Old Man's Friend" by Sir William Osler (Canadian's used to not be fags), mass immigration is the "Old Civilization's Friend".
