It never really occurs to them that there is a world outside their fairytale that contains much suffering and hardship, a lot of unfortunate births and untimely deaths. They don't think about the non-whites who grew up with nothing and worked hard to make up for their impoverished childhoods. So when these whites graduate high school and see their communities disintegrate while the "losers" are out there "winning", it makes them angry. The fairytale is over. They are no longer the big man on campus, they are just a relic of a bygone time, now marginalized to the sidelines. That's why it is always the first tactic of the angry white man to attack someone's libido or sex life, the memories they have of getting sexual attention in high school are pretty much all that's left to cling to.

In reality, most white Americans are just trying to hold down jobs and take care of their families. They dont care or think too much about things like white identity or care about BLM. The country was slowly, but surely, improving race relations with the occasional setback like the LA riots/Rodney King. Obama was overwhelmingly supported by all races.
