I’m from Miami but have been away forever, only back for holidays and stuff. Any general analysis of the big firms (GT, HK etc.)? Best places to live in Brickell/Downtown ? Chances of my dream of leaving law to start a RE development firm selling overpriced condos all cash to Latin American and/or Russian oligarchs?
