in imax the screen was enormous and overpowering, as was the sound. plus i really, really wanted to like it and was in a trance or something. at home, more relaxed, i saw it for what it was -- boring, slow moving, nothing happening movie with a bad story and it doesnt even look good, it looks like i heard somewhere mentioned like an ad for perfume for every frame. im telling you man, it sucks.

some chick with a huge cleavage gave me a boner, im not lying. at the till. i was standing there giving her the groceries with my dick hard. she wasnt 12 though, in her 20s. i think im over teens, they are all retarded and stupid. i dont even find them sexy, i just want to sexualize them for the thrill of it.

lol at this hilarious review, to compensate for the fact that it was legit boring movie people are saying its the smartest movie ever and visually stunning, when in fact its visually boring as well:

I'd give it 10 stars if I could. It's funny to see so many people with such bad taste in cinema. I think they were expecting something like a John Woo film or a Bay action/explosion movie with a Top 40 sound track; John singleton referred these types as "Popcorn Movies" (movies for people that dont like to think). This is a movie that requires emotional and intellectual participation.. This is the real deal. Movies aren't made like this anymore. If you are a fan of CLASSIC cinema than this movie is it. Its not a fast paced, hollow action sequence film for movie zombies with no attention span. There are no slow-mo explosions to make up for a weak, thin and cheap plot line. Silly children, Michael Bay did make this movie.

Im blown away by the cinematography and visuals in this absolute masterpiece.

it was mass hysteria by the intelligentsia in response to perceived low iq masses turning down the sequel. i got swept away in it, too. and now that the dust has settled, its clear to me that the masses turned out to be right this time. there was no grave injustice done, blade runner sequel was indeed boring and slow, and visually nothing that special to compensate.

god forgives is some kind of experiment in self-indulgence. but hey, gosling is a shitty actor to pin a slow movie on, thats the real conclusion!

true.

but let's be fair here, the original blade runner, while good, is glacially paced. it makes 2049 look like the new star trek.
