One place in the DC area you could constantly hear footsteps from above. The people below me used to complain about my roommate and me just for walking because they always had “a sleeping baby.” They couldn’t comprehend I & every tenant dealt with the same noise from above because the construction was paper thin.
The place I’m at now isn’t too bad, except a woman’s dog barks too much & you can hear the wind swirling on windy days. |
