She got laid off last week. She didn't need the money, she's engaged to this pharmacist that is rich as fuck.
She drives this Mazzerati and always parks in the handicapped spot when she goes to the gym next door.
Her fiance also parks there when he goes to the gym. Neither of them are remotely handicapped. Who knows how they got the placard.
So I took a plain piece of paper and with my left hand I wrote in capital letters (it looks like a little kid wrote it) "I'M HANDICAPPED AND HAD TO WALK YOU BITCH."
Waiting for her to come out of the gym. I had super hot receptionist tape it to her car window.

CA handicapped placard abuse :
Senate Bill 611, by Sen. Jerry Hill, D-San Mateo, came in response to an April state audit revealing that as many as 35,000 parking placards issued to Californians whom the Social Security Death Master File listed as deceased were still in use.
The audit also showed that there was no limit on the number of replacement permits that could be ordered from the Department of Motor Vehicles, and that nine people ordered 16 or more from 2013 to 2016. A previous report from the state auditor revealed that 26,000 placard-holders were over the age of 100, though California had just 8,000 centenarians in 2014.
Today, there are more than 3 million disabled parking placards in use in California. That’s about one for every 10 drivers in the state. In the Bay Area, the number hovers around 520,000 — up 80 percent since 2001.

People walking by keep doing double takes when they see the note.
One older azn lady stopped and took a photo of it and some old white dude she was with pointed at the placard.

lol it wasn't even her car. It was some little white dude with red hair and a beard and he wasn't even slightly handicapped.
He didn't even read the note. He grabbed it off his window, threw it on the front seat of his car without reading it and took off.
