1. Don't tilt -- ok this is basically impossible to abide by 100% but still at least take a walk/smoke break after taking a big loss, bad beat or not.
2. Play tight, play aggressive, play in position. Literally all the strategy tips you need to demolish most live games. Probably the best piece of advice if you hold onto it.
3. No drinking/drugs beyond an occasional social cocktail. Intoxicated play is a recipe for disaster
4. NO POT LIMIT OMAHA. EVER. No matter how enticing it looks, However good the game appears. Just completely block that devil game out of your mind.
5. DO NOT FUCKING TILT.
Anything else?

play tight, aggressive, in position just sounds like generic advice

2-3, 3-5?
you should poast some hands.
you should also make sure to track your results; being honest with yourself is step #1 to improvement.

Weird I made this semi coherent thread with barely any recollection.
Don't do drugs.

If you can’t follow the 2+2 strategy threads then it’s unlikely you’ll ever be a huge winner.

Part of the learning process is seeing differing rationale for playing tough hands. It’ll help you ask the right questions in tough spots and you’ll eventually notice the best posters there and can try to mimic their thoughts.
I got a lot better at 2/5 live and 6max NL online (long time ago though) after being honest with myself and digging into the strategy threads for a while.
In all honesty though (and you might already know this), all the strategy in the world is unlikely to overcome tilt and too much drug abuse.
